Keisei Rose Garden is Japan\'s leading rose garden in a quiet environment. It takes about an hour and a half by train from the center of Tokyo. The best time to see is twice a year. The roses that bloom from the middle of May are overwhelming flower volumes! The garden is filled with the scent of roses for about a month.
